Forum on Shanghai Urban Fine Management was Successfully Held in Tongji University

On May 27th, Development Research Center of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and Tongji University jointly held the Tongji Forum on Shanghai Urban Fine Management. Shen Jun, former deputy mayor of Shanghai, Fang Shouen, secretary of the Party Committee of Tongji University, Wu Jiang, executive vice president of Tongji University, Yan Jun, deputy director general of the SDRC, and other relevant government officials and experts from Tongji University attended the forum.

The participating experts focused on the “Implementation Opinions of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Strengthening Shanghai Urban Fine Management” and “Three-Year Action Plan (2018-2020) for Strengthening the Refinement of Shanghai Urban Fine Management, and prioritized 7 tasks in terms of urban planning, urban underground pipe network security management, urban water environment management, urban waste management, urban intelligent traffic management, innovation mechanism for urban fine management and urban risk management. Participants proposed many measures and innovative ideas for implementing urban fine management in these areas.

Yan Jun, Deputy Director general of SDRC concluded the forum. Wu Sugui, Director of Social & Culture Research Division of SDRC, and Li Xianbo, Deputy Director of Social Cultural Research Division of SDRC attended the forum.
